Back At Bonas

I have (sort of) unpacked and moved back into St. Bonaventure once again. The weather may be cold but the smiles are warm and welcoming. It’s been fun seeing friends and catching each other up with what wild adventures we’ve taken last semester. Today marks the first day of class, so it might as well be my first day back to reality.

Well if this is reality, it’s not too hard to adjust. As of right now, I only have one class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it leaves me with a lot of free time throughout the day. So why not catch you, my loyal reader, up on my move back into Bonas?

Taken With Belfast*

My time in Ireland is quickly coming to an end. Deadlines are fast approaching, and I’ve been putting a lot of my energy into my assignments for once. So apologies to my loyal readers who have been waiting on a new post, here ya go….

My assignment’s haven’t stopped me from travelling! Last weekend I took a trip up to Belfast and saw a lot of Northern Ireland.

Talkin’ About The News

If you have been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you most likely missed all of the headlines reporting on the sexual assault allegations of different men in Hollywood.

My social media feeds have kept me up to speed with all the men being accused of sexual assault. Part of the reason I wanted to go abroad was to see how the news was covered internationally. Here are some things I’ve noticed about the media during my time here and how this “American” news was reported here in Ireland.
